Software
TimeScriber™ is a Windows based
program that processes information gathered from iGuard™
Internet Appliance Security Devices. TimeScriber™
is able to generate reports and deliver accurate data
to your payroll software (ADP, PayChex, etc.) or service
provider and is Microsoft Access based.
TimeScriber™ was developed
around 3 main ideas of:
Simplicity: Implementation
of TimeScriber™ software can be measured in hours,
not days or weeks. Familiar Windows controls are used
for easy and straight-forward navigation.
Flexibility: The
open architecture of TimeScriber™ allows you to customize
the departments, shifts and overtime rules to your
preference according to your unique business needs.
In addition, you can create your own custom reports
for situations which are beyond standard time keeping
practices.
Economy: With TimeScriber™,
you have the option of purchasing only the module
for the number of users you need, as and
when you need them. This way you save time and money
while continuing to provide you with value as your
company grows. The base module is for 50 users and
each added module allows 100 additional users. Networking
can be accomplished with basic TimeScriber™ system
over LAN or WAN or used with a single PC.
TimeScriber™ gives you simplicity
of operation with state-of-the-art programming to
automate your payroll timekeeping. TimeScriber™ puts
you in control of the regular and overtime rules and
how they are to be automatically administered. No
more arguing about how or when to apply the rules
– “now the computer controls it” (after you set the
rules).

Import data from terminal - edit
punches - export data to payroll - run management
reports.
Use TimeScriber™ to edit employee
data and set up pay policies for accurate & automatic
payroll calculations. Able to export relevant data
for payroll or other Management purposes.
Generated reports can viewed and
filters set as needed. Detail logs, individual detail
and summary reports available. Holiday, sick, vacations
reported. Also, basic HR fields included for employee,
dependent, benefits, etc. tracking.
